Why We Built This

Most people know they should take better care of their heart. The problem is following through. Pills feel medicinal. Supplements feel like a chore. And most products on the market are unregulated, underdosed, and hard to trust.

After 12 years each of watching patients struggle to stay consistent, we decided to build something different. Something rooted in science, backed by guidelines, and designed to fit seamlessly into real life.

Dr. Gregory Neufeld, MD

Co-Founder

Dr. Gregory Neufeld is a board-certified cardiologist practicing in New York. Trained in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease, he has dedicated his career to preventing heart disease and helping patients achieve better health through sustainable lifestyle changes in conjunction with traditional medical care. His approach blends rigorous medical science with a deep appreciation for nutrition, nature, and the body's innate capacity to heal.

Dr. Jose Taveras, MD FACC

Co-Founder

Dr. Taveras is a cardiologist based in the Bronx, New York. He completed dual training in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics before specializing in cardiovascular disease- becoming a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology. His work is driven by a commitment to innovation, with a focus on integrating technology to advance patient care and modernize cardiovascular health.
